I found this recipe for a similar Air Fryer Pasta Chips snack on TikTok like every viral creation out there, and this one is a great way to use leftover pasta.

Leftover pasta is something that I always seem to have, and I hate seeing them go to waste, so I decided to try them as chips, and now it’s something that we always do with leftover pasta.

I am using Penne Pasta, as that is what I usually use in pasta recipes these days. You can use any kind of pasta for this dish. Try Bow Tie, or Spirals would be really delicious as well.

These are a perfect snack for movie night, or as an appetizer. I love dipping them in a delicious jarred Marinara sauce. I use Silver Palate brand because it’s a bit lower in carbs, and it’s so delicious.

You can bake them if you don’t have an Air Fryer but they won’t be as crunchy and crispy as they would be using an Air Fryer. Bake them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes while stirring in between.
