Keto Rosemary Cheddar Drop Biscuits

These Keto Rosemary Cheddar Drop Biscuits are a game changer in our lives. For me, finding keto side dishes that my family actually likes, is a challenge, but these delicious biscuits make it easy!

I serve this with all kinds of meals, like my Salisbury Steaks, Pork Tenderloin Medallions, and Air Fryer Steak Bites! Any meal will be enhanced with this Keto Rosemary Cheddar Drop Biscuits recipe.

Being on a keto diet doesn’t mean losing the flavor of my favorite foods, and biscuits are always a good idea! 👍 

These biscuits come together so easily, and I was able to get about 15 biscuits using an ice cream scoop. This creates the perfect size biscuits in my opinion. I find myself using my ice cream scoop for so much more than just ice cream.

These Biscuits, from my calculations, are about 2 carbs each, and about 153 calories. These are perfect as a snack. The texture is light and fluffy.

Keto Rosemary Cheddar Drop Biscuits are a delicious side dish that is full of flavor and low in carbs. These biscuits are addictive!

Feel free to add different ingredients to enhance these biscuits, like bacon bits, thyme, green onion- this has got me thinking lots of different variations. If you do add something new, let me know in the comments how they turned out!

2 cups of Almond Flour 

1 cup of Sour Cream

1 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese plus extra for topping

2 eggs

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon of minced fresh Rosemary 

3 tablespoons of melted butter 

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 

In a large mixing bowl, add everything except the butter and parsley. Mix well to combine. Place bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, scoop out biscuit dough using an ice cream scoop. Sprinkle each biscuit with a bit more shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven, and brush biscuits with melted butter and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
