Easy Air Fryer Garlic and Herb Pork Chops

Easy Air Fryer Garlic and Herb Pork Chops

Let’s talk Air Fryer, shall we? This machine is truly a work of genius, in my opinion. I got a lot of gadgets to work with during this pandemic. I got this Power XL Air Fryer; An Emeril Lagasse Pasta & Beyond Pasta Maker and Juicer; Taco shell formers; An outdoor Pizza Oven. Among many other little gadgets.
This Air Fryer, though, is such an amazing little kitchen helper. I find myself throwing anything and everything at it! I have made bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins in it with great success for the Super Bowl, that my family went nuts for! And some radish, that after fried in this thing, tastes like tiny potatoes! (Recipes for these coming soon.)

I have made pork chops so deliciously in my George Forman Grill XL, but I wanted to try the Air Frying approach. My God, you guys! So scrumptious, so easy, so worth the investment of an Air Fryer.
And I found some helpful items at the grocery store, that not only cuts time, but also making this recipe so easy to prepare.

Garlic and herb pork chops

Just note that this is not an ad for McCormick seasonings, it’s just that this All Purpose Seasoning Garlic And Herb Black Pepper And Sea Salt blend is fantastic! It even has onion, oregano and garlic oil, so basically it has everything you need in just a few little shakes. If you happen to come across this in your spice isle of your grocery store, I think you should definitely get a bottle. You won’t regret it.

And, I got some Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray. That’s it! That’s all I needed for these 4 Easy Air Fryer Garlic & Herb Pork Chops. So fast and done in under 15 minutes.
Now, you are free to use any kind of seasonings that you prefer, if you cannot find this seasoning blend, or you don’t have it on hand. Good ol’ Salt & Pepper will do. You can always add a bit of garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano and you are in business.

My Easy Air Fryer Garlic and Herb Pork Chops, were done in about 15 minutes, for three chops at a time, in the Air Fryer. I flipped them halfway through. Your pork chops may vary, depending on how many you place in your Air Fryer, thickness of pork chops, and size of your Air Fryer. The temperature of Pork chops should register at 145 degrees for doneness. So, I would say 370 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, depending on these different factors. Check for doneness temperature at 12 minutes.

My pork chops were pretty thick, so they needed about 15 minutes.
They come out tender and juicy! And the kids will love them! Garlic and herb make everything better!
