Easy Game Day Meatball Sliders
It’s January, and you know what that means? Football food! When it’s time for the big game, I break out these bad boys, and everyone is game day ready! These delicious Easy Game Day Meatball Sliders, will steal the show!
I think that Super Bowl Season is the best, because the holidays are done and now it’s time to relax and enjoy some game time. I’m not looking for Fast-food. I’m looking for good food-Fast! And that’s where this recipe comes in.

You can definitely make these Low Carb/Keto by using Kroger Slider buns. I am super stoked that Kroger has these low carb slider buns now, because I can enjoy sandwiches again!
Ingredients For Easy Game Day Meatball Sliders:
Ingredients
- 24 premade meatballs
- 1 24 pack Dinner Rolls
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
- garlic powder,
- Italian seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
- Cook or thaw the meatballs according to the package directions (mine baked for 20 minutes).
- Using a serrated knife, cut the sheet of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Dinner Rolls in half so the bottom and top remains connected. Carefully transfer the bottom to a baking dish
- spoon a thin layer of marinara evenly over the bottom of the bread,
- Place the 24 meatballs over the sauce layer and spoon more marinara sauce over each meatball.
- Place a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and sauce. Carefully place the top layer of the rolls over top and press down slightly.
- Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush the top layer of bread with the melted butter mixture.
- Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
- Cut into individual sliders and serve with parmesan cheese over top if desired.
