Keto Shredded Beef Triangles

2 lb boneless chuck roast
1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
½ teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup beef broth 1 – 1/2 cups green taco sauce 

1 pack of Cut Da Carb Wraps cut in half lengthwise.

Add the beef, beef broth, green taco sauce, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic powder to a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Once the meat is fork tender, remove from slow cooker and transfer to a bowl. and shred with two forks. 

Add 1 or two tablespoons of filling to the end of a halved cut da carb wrap, and fold using the flag fold. Fold the bottom left corner over the filling to meet the right edge to make a triangle shape. Continue folding and keeping a triangle shape as you fold. Continue as if you are folding a flag. Then place the triangle seem side down on a baking sheet. Repeat the process til you have all of your triangles. Set them on a sheet pan. Once you have all of your triangles, heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet. Let it get hot. Add in triangles, working in batches. Cook on 1-2 minutes on each side, careful not to burn them. Remove immediately to a platter and sprinkle a bit of flakey salt on them while they’re still hot.

Serve with a side of taco sauce for dipping.
