2 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookie

These 2 ingredient Banana Oat cookies are not only delicious, they’re also a very healthy and filling, quick, on-the-go breakfast and great for the kiddos! I love that these are dairy free, and vegan as well. 

Egg free, and sugar free, because the sweetness is already there from an overripe banana! 

Since we have been eating healthier, I always have healthy snack options in the house for the family, instead of the ones that are packed with sugar and preservatives. These are super easy to make and take only two simple ingredients. 

2 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

Banana and Oats! That is all that is needed for these scrumptious cookies! I could eat these 2 Ingredient Banana Oat cookies all day without the guilt. These cookies are perfect for the kids lunch box, and it’s a wonderful, healthy snack for kids of all ages!

Tips to make these delicious 2 Ingredient Cookies:

Do not overbake. Remove them when they look lightly golden on the sides and surface. Leaving them in the oven for too long will make them rubbery and dry.

You can totally customize these cookies, by adding in nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit etc.

2 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

2 overripe bananas 

2 cups of oats

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash the banana in a large bowl until lumps are gone. Add in oats, and mix well to combine.

Scoop out batter, using a mini ice cream scoop or spoonful, onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet.

Using a spoon, flatten cookies a bit.

Bake them for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

TO STORE: These delicious cookies can be stored in the fridge, covered in a container, for up to 1 week. 

TO FREEZE: They can also be stored in a freezer bag and placed in the freezer for up to 6 months.
