It never fails. I make snacks, and they disappear before I have had time to take a photo properly. I kept telling them, that the Christmas Popcorn Crunch needs to set before anyone starts eating it. But before I knew it, they were devouring this stuff in gobbles! It is like they have beacons, that can tell when I am making something in the kitchen, and one by one, they eat it all up.

Especially my DH Robert. He does not understand the meaning of — the chocolate needs time to set. He’s like “what?” “Come on, just a little bit.” And then it just disappears! That is what happens, every time I make snacks. But it also makes me feel good, knowing that he loves my food. The same way that Jeffery loves Ina’s cooking. Ina, is Ina Garten, AKA The Barefoot Contessa.

What could be better than popcorn on a Christmas movie night? Christmas Popcorn Crunch – that’s what! This stuff becomes addicting fast! And it comes together so quickly. You just need some popcorn to start off with, so I made a regular bag of buttery microwave popcorn, and let it sit to cool in the bag, while I prepared the other ingredients.

The other ingredients you need is melted dark chocolate, melted white chocolate, Butterfinger Baking Bits (optional), red, green, and white sprinkles or Nonpareils. You could also use chocolate candy bark, and white candy bark. It will still be just as good!

When the chocolates have been melted in their separate bowls, just spread the popcorn in a large casserole dish, or baking sheet, and drizzle with melted chocolates. Sprinkle with Butterfinger Baking Bits, and colored sprinkles. Then just pop it into the fridge for 10 minutes, so that the chocolate can set. Then just add popcorn to your favorite bowl, and serve!

Pretty simple right? well, in my house, waiting 10 minutes, is a big problem. 2 minutes, is about all that my family can stomach. After that, it’s time to get out of the way! lol! I had no chance.

That is how good this stuff is. Salty, sweet, and a little bit crunchy! I could eat this all day! But I will be a good girl, Santa, and wait for the movie to start. Our favorite Christmas movies are Elf, and of course, A Christmas Story. I could name a few hundred more, but those are my top two. Have a great holiday movie night, and don’t forget the popcorn!
