This weeks Monday Meal Plan #9, is all about the yummy! I have made these recipes several times, and each time I do, I guess I get better and better at it, and it goes very quickly. I could cook every night, and never get too bored. I love to cook, and I love my little French Country Style Kitchen and cooking on my Wedgewood Stove. When I have a busy and hectic week, yet I know we will still be home for dinner, I like to make meals that I know really well. That way, I can get what I need from the store without a list, and I know when to start dinner, and when it should be done. And if you can get a meal that can be turned into another nights meal, like the Pot Roast, and Taquitos below, then its all good!
The pork chops are easy, because I am using boxed stuffing, and it gets done pretty fast. (For me anyway.) Then the next night, I have Zucchini Squash Alfredo for Tuesday, because I want to lighten things up a bit, without losing any flavor. This would be a great meal for meatless Mondays as well. I should switch the days, but nah! Whats one more day? And Friday is good ol’ Salisbury night, and I have to say that my 16 year old, gets excited whenever I make it. She just love the flavor of onions in the burgers. Saturday and Sunday will be very busy this week, so I am going to be eating out!
