I love using chicken drumsticks, in a lot of my recipes. So much so, that I am thinking about making a series, on all of the different ways to make chicken drumsticks. A few reasons for doing this, is because, chicken drumsticks can be really inexpensive during a stock up sale price, and I tend to buy several packs of drumsticks, and freeze them, for dinner. Another reason, is that while, these may not be as low carb as they should be, while on a low carb diet, they can still keep me on my path, without going over too much. Especially when I pair it with a salad, and some steamed asparagus, or Sauteed Asparagus and Bacon.
This Garlic, Honey, and Soy Sauce Baked Chicken recipe, is my take on a recipe over at JuliesCafeBakery.com for a delicious looking chicken recipe called The Secret To Baked Chicken Legs – So good, you will want to slap your grandmother!
That recipe looked fantastic, and I just had to try it my way, by tweaking it a bit to my families liking. But this could not be easier, and you will absolutely love it!
