Tasty Tuesday’s – Favorite Cakes!
I love baking cakes, just as much as I love decorating them. I cant get enough cake. I have been on a diet, but I always sneak in a bite when I can, and when I am baking a cake for a client, I have to taste for flavor, and quality control.
It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it right? Every time I bake cakes for clients, there is some scraps that I carve, and man, is there a line of family members waiting for those scraps. I will be baking a cake for a client soon, and all I hear is when? when? when?
