#CookoutWeek is in full gear, and I hope that you have had the chance to take a look at all of the delicious recipes, that have been linked up this week, as they look super yummy! This week has been so much fun, and the recipes that everyone is sharing, are so perfect for grilling season! Today, I am sharing a delicious summertime recipe of Lavender Honey Peach Iced Tea.
With this recipe, you can use regular honey instead, but this Bernard Michaud Lavender Honey From Provence that I received from The French Farm, is truly lovely. The Honey is infused with such a wonderful, decadent, flavor.
I have been getting ready for the 4th of July holiday, and cooling off with a tall glass of iced tea, friends, and family, couldn’t be better. I will be using the Lavender Honey on a lot of my grilling recipes this season, as you can use it for almost any recipe that calls for honey, and it will heighten any dish! I personally feel that Peach Iced Tea should be a staple at any BBQ! My Mother-In-Law is from the south, and, that is where I learned to make Peach Iced Tea. She always has a big jug made up every summer. She also adds strawberries to it!
It is so hot here in so-cal right now, and we are experiencing somewhat of a heat wave, and this Peach Iced Tea hits the spot! It instantly cools you down, and has a light, refreshing flavor! I know that I will be making a lot of this throughout the summer, because we have a lot of entertaining and grilling coming up, and this tea is the perfect drink for summer, and it is super easy!
