Summer is almost here, and that means trying to not use the oven. It has been getting very hot here in the San Fernando valley, and July has not even hit yet, so I have gathered 12 No-Bake Desserts that are perfect on any summer day! I love just being able to whip up a fast and delicious dessert, that can be enjoyed on a nice summer evening with family and friends.

I have a 1940’s Wedgewood stove, and it get’s my home heated up pretty fast. I love my stove, but baking in 100 degree heat, is just not going to do. I try to not use the oven when it gets that hot out, because when it is done, I just want to go lie in a fan, or air conditioning. And that is no fun.
