Easter M&M’s® Blondies Recipe
We are big foodies and bakers in my extended family, and by extended family, I mean really big family. Easter M&M’s® Blondies Recipe is always on the table and Easter is a big deal at our house, and it’s coming early this year, because I am having a lot of family in town, including my sister! Our Easter celebration starts off with baskets given, and food cooking. Ham is in the oven, and deeply colored eggs are on the table, Including red and green for luck!

Blondies Recipe:
I am not a Blondie, but this is my recipe. Not that I don’t want to be a Blondie. I have heard they have more fun. I would like to be a Blondie, but…. oh never mind.
This Easter M&M’s® Blondies Recipe starts of by mixing together in an electric mixer.
Mix together, until smooth, then add in an egg, and vanilla, and mix again to combine.
Add your flour and mix to combine.
Add in the Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate, and mix slowly with a rubber spatula, until folded in.
Spread mixture evenly into an 8×8 baking pan, that has been covered in parchment paper that is hanging over sides of pan. Place a few Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate on top before baking.
Bake until just set for 25-3o minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool.
Remove Blondies from pan, by lifting from parchment paper. Place on surface, and cut into squares.
Set in a pretty basket, and place a few on a plate, and serve.

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Instructions:
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix together butter and brown sugar, until smooth, then add in an egg, and vanilla and mix again to combine.
- Add in flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt, and mix to combine.
- Add in the Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate, and mix slowly with a rubber spatula, until folded in.
- Spread mixture evenly into an 8x8 baking pan, that has been covered in parchment paper that is hanging over sides of pan.
- Place a few Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate on top before baking.
- Bake until just set for 25-3o minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool.
- Remove Blondies from pan, by lifting from parchment paper.
- Place on surface, and cut into squares.
- Set in a pretty basket, and place some on a plate, and serve.
