SWEDISH MEATBALL SLIDERS!

Now I am sure that you have heard of Swedish Meatballs, and how famous they are thanks to IKEA, the greatest Swedish Meatball maker, of all time, and all of the delicious food blogs out there that have featured Swedish Meatballs, but have you heard of putting these little scrumptious balls of meat, served in a Hawaiian sweet roll to create a slider??? No… I didn’t think so.

 SWEDISH MEATBALL SLIDERS!
I have heard of Italian meatball sliders, and turkey meatball sliders, and even BBQ meatball sliders, but Swedish, has not been seen. At least not by my eyes. My kids love Swedish Meatballs served over egg noodles, so I added a few cooked egg noodles to the sliders as well!
SWEDISH MEATBALL SLIDERS!
These were a big hit, and my kids said that these Swedish Meatball Sliders were the best thing they have ever eaten!
 SWEDISH MEATBALL SLIDERS!
I love when they say that! And I know that these will be perfect during the Super Bowl. So easy, fun, delicious, and something new. I served them on Sweet Hawaiian Rolls for an added depth of flavor, and these rolls have been brushed with melted butter, and chopped parsley. Then I baked the rolls in the oven for just a few minutes, to give the rolls, a bit of crisp. Served with a side of chips, and we’re in business!
