MEAL PLAN (1)

This week, I am trying to focus on more healthy options. With the start of the new year, I would like to lose at least 15 pounds. I need to lose a lot more, but 15 is a good start! I have been drinking more Lemon water to detox, and prepare for some walking exercise, and I have cut out caffeine. I have been trying to cut out some sugar, and being a food blogger, that is going to be a big challenge, but I must do this now, or I will never do it. I will still eat my favorite foods, but in more moderation, and mainly on the weekends.  I have put together these recipes from some awesome bloggers, and I am going to try these this week!
