Tasty Tuesday's (2)

I have been very busy getting the house ready for all the festivities that will be coming up in a few weeks, but I always try to take a few minutes to make a meal that takes time, but is oh so worth it. Last week, I made a recipe from my teenage years, when my Dad was going gourmet! He was trying out all kinds of new foods, and we were the taste testers. His recipe for Spaghetti Squash was a big hit! And it stood in my mind all these years.

So, I figured, how hard could this be? Well cutting the Squash was no easy task, but once you know how, and have the right tools, this recipe is a breeze! For the At-home gourmet of course. It was a little challenging, but once you have it, you will want to make this over and over again!
