Well it is Thanksgiving week, and that means a lot of food, and a lot of prep! I am fired up, and ready to cook! On Monday, I’m going to make a pot of spaghetti, because its fast, easy, and you get a lot of leftovers. I am going to be shopping for thanksgiving dinner, so easy go-to recipes are best for me and my kitchen right now!
Tuesday is going to be slow cooker day, and chicken stew is perfect, as it gives me time to do other things to get ready for prep day. Wednesday, is prep day. Chopping pork for stuffed cabbage, and getting lobster ready for mac n cheese. Chopping vegetables for stuffing, is what I will be getting done as well, so eating out is easiest.
After Thursday, and Friday, I like to wind things down with a nice hot bowl of soup. All that shopping, can get tiring. My whole body hurts after walking and shopping for the holidays, and I like to warm up with some soup and my coloring books! So as you can see, I’m going to be super, super, busy, as I am sure many of you will be as well. Next week I will be making a big birthday cake, and I couldn’t be more excited, but I know that things are going to get a little hectic in my little kitchen. So take a look at my menu plan for this week, and Happy Thanksgiving:)
