Green bean fries

Hi there guys! I’ve been trying to eat lighter now, more organic, that way I won’t feel so bad when I indulge and eat till I can’t eat no more at Thanksgiving! No but really, I love eating veggies. I love side dishes more than the meat course.

Roasted green bean fries

And I think that green bean fries are a great side dish to any meal. They are healthy, and delicious. These are super easy. And when you try them dipped in balsamic ketchup, you will not miss French fries.
