I have got a delicious easy recipe today. I know that Coleslaw is mainly a summertime side dish, but since I am making Ribs in the October heat, so I figured I would make some yummy Coleslaw. My favorite coleslaw can be found at The Original Pantry Café in downtown Los Angeles. Since 1924, this place is famous for their wonderful home-style dishes, including their coleslaw that is served with sourdough bread as soon as you sit down.
And the restaurant NEVER closes! I mean, they don’t even have a key! Really!
The great thing is, that you can order the sourdough bread grilled, which is even better!
This Easy Creamy Coleslaw Recipe is the closest thing to that! Sweet and a little tangy, it is amazing with ribs or a pulled pork sandwich. Aside from The Original Pantry Café, my coleslaw is the best I have tried, hands down. I have tried others and I figured, I gotta do it myself:)
